ACUPUNCTURE & CHINESE MEDICINE
Every session begins the same way. With a check-in. I want to understand not just your symptoms, but your patterns. How you sleep, how you feel in your body, what stresses you carry. From there I assess your pulses and look at your tongue, both windows into what's happening beneath the surface in Chinese Medicine.
Needles are placed based on your unique diagnosis. Not a formula, but a response to what your body is showing me in that moment. Within most sessions I also incorporate bodywork as needed: cupping, gua sha, moxabustion, Myofascial Release, or Craniosacral therapy.
I care deeply about the people I work with. This is not transactional. It is a genuine partnership in your healing. After each session you will receive a personalized treatment plan by email, including dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that works by releasing tension along the spine, skull, and sacrum using the lightest of touch. It complements Chinese Medicine beautifully, calming the nervous system, restoring balance, and helping Qi move freely throughout the body.
Particularly effective for stress, headaches, jaw tension, neck and back pain, and emotional overwhelm. Many patients drift off during treatment. That kind of deep rest is not accidental. It is your body finally exhaling.
Available as a standalone session or integrated within Acupuncture treatments.

MICRONEEDLING & SKIN REJUVENATION
Microneedling uses a small pen-like device with tiny needles to create micro-channels in the skin, triggering your body's own collagen and elastin production. The result is natural renewal from the inside out.
Before we begin, I apply a topical numbing cream so you are comfortable throughout. Once you are settled, I work through a series of serums chosen for your skin's specific needs, using the microneedling pen to gently press them deeper into the skin. Most patients find the treatment deeply relaxing.
We finish with a cooling, calming mask to soothe and settle the skin. You may notice some redness afterward (similar to a mild flush). This resolves within 24 hours and is a sign your skin is healing beautifully.
Every session includes a brief intake to discuss your goals and closes with a personalized aftercare plan. This is not a one-size-fits-all facial. It is skin care rooted in the same whole-body philosophy as everything I do.

FACIAL CUPPING, GUA SHA & NANONEEDLING
These treatments are designed to extend and deepen your results between Microneedling sessions. They are also wonderful as standalone treatments.
Together, Facial Cupping and Gua Sha enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and support lymphatic flow. The result is refreshed, radiant skin and a deeply relaxing experience for your nervous system. These treatments can be done 1-2 times per week or between Microneedling sessions.
Nanoneedling works at the skin's surface layer. It is gentler than Microneedling but powerful in its own right. It boosts serum absorption by up to 50% and works beautifully as a weekly complement to deeper Microneedling treatments. Think of it as a gentle, restorative treatment that keeps your skin glowing between sessions.
